This includes your contact information, your insurance provider and, of course, the nature of your request. If you decide to call, you will speak with one of our highly trained agents who will take your information and assign your case to the right specialist.
Depending on your insurance provider, your medical condition and doctor prescription, the medical supply specialist from one of our network partners will evaluate your case in order to get you qualified.
If you qualify, you will receive your medical supplies delivered to your door for little or no cost to you.
If you qualify, we will bill your insurance and send your Medical Supplies (for example fresh CPAP tubes and masks) on a regular schedule.
